2015 Training Course on Public Pension in Asia and the Pacific Region
¡°The 2nd Training Course on Public Pension in Asia and the Pacific Region¡± was held in the International Conference Room at the National Pension Service from 8th to 12th June, according to NPS
The ¡°Training Course on Public Pension in Asia and the Pacific Region¡± is co-hosted by the National Pension Service and the OECD Korea Policy Center, UNESCAP and sponsored by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
Eighteen delegates consisting of policy makers and experts, officers from nine countries in Asia and the Pacific region participated in creating benchmark Korean national pension policy.
This training program has been designed to help and support the attending countries in rapidly adopting national pension policy by sharing the know-how and successful experiences of the National Pension Service.
The contents of this training were ¡âImplementation of the Nationwide Pension and Policy direction, ¡âManaging&Operation system of the NPS, ¡âFund Management, ¡âConsulting on successful Aging, ¡âIT system, ¡âSocail security agreement.
The Chairman and CEO of the National Pension Service, Choi Kwang, said that he hopes NPS will coninue to develop this 2nd training course to strengthen the network between Asia and the Pacific region.
