Native language service for expatriates of China, Indonesia, and Thailand
Native-speaking consultants will provide service to citizens of China, Indonesia, and Thailand, who account for the majority of foreign members, thereby providing more accurate information about the pension plan and increasing the efficiency of pension payments.
is available in English, Chinese, Indonesian, and Thai. In addition, a Sunday consulting service is offered at the Catholic Center in Hyehwa-dong on the first Sunday of every month.
In addition, since 2010, the Incheon Airport NPS Service Center has offered a direct lump-sum refund payment for foreign nationals departing from Korea, and MOUs (Memorandum of Understanding) were signed between NPS and Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Thailand, and Sri Lanka to facilitate the payment of lump-sum refunds to foreigners at social insurance institutions in their home countries.
