Notification of Personal Information Collection and Use
A. Purpose of collection and usage of personal information
With regard to Inquiry Submission service, collection and usage of personal information is strictly limited to the following:
· Inquiry Submission
- - ersonal information collected upon the submission of ab inquiry is used for the purpose of processing the inquiry and searching, changing and deleting the original post.
B. Items to be collected
- Required: name, address, phone number, e-mail address
- Optional: additional phone number

C. Duration of personal information usage and storage
Collected personal information is deleted without delay upon completion of the inquiry. But the following information is stored and used for the specified periods pursuant to the listed legal basis.

- - Legal ground: Electronic Government Act Article 7, Article 16 (3), Article 17, Enforcement Decree of the Civil Petitions Treatment Act Article 6, Standard Operating Procedures of Documentation and Preservation of Records
C. Right to disagree with the use and collection of personal information and possible disadvantage
Users may disagree with the personal information policy, in which case inquiry service will be limited. Failure to provide optional items do not result in such limitation.

- In accordance with the Resident Registration Act Article 37 (10), a person who uses a third person’s resident registration number improperly shall be punishable by imprinsonment with labor for not more than three years, or by a fine not exceeding thirty million won.
In addition, pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act Article 71 (6), a person who alters, forges, or divulges any third party’s personal information shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than 5 years, or by a fine not exceeding 50 million won.
